Yup-my gluten free second anniversary was the other day. Let's recap.
January 2008-all the gluten January 2009-one year gluten free January 2010-two years gluten free Wow, I think I finally got my hairstyle right. Those other 2...yikes.
hooray!!! wow, has it really been two years? congratulations:) perhaps celebrating with a flourless chocolate cake? (have you made one yet? all chocolate, sugar and eggs, yum!)
ever since i've known you, you have had gorgeous hair!! it always looks good. but i really like your current style - it looks really good framing your face. that is soooo awesome that you are 2 years gluten-free!! :)
i'll have to find it. i have several:) (no big surprise there) but i've never made one either(i've consumed plenty that my uncle has bought). i'll send it to you via email:) and it could double as a bday cake for you:)

No, I have not made one of those! I have a recipe that uses ground almonds that I should really try.
