We have been busy busy lately. Hubs and I recently celebrated our 12th anniversary by getting away to our favorite inn for a night. The restaurant there is outstanding and I was pleasantly surprised that they have added a rather extensive gluten free menu since we were there 2 years ago. I was able to have an amazing slice of carrot cake-which I haven't had in years and also tried a slice of chocolate cake (one each day, I tried to at least spread it out!). So incredibly good-Hubs agreed it's the best g.f. baking we've ever sampled. We may just have to drive out there for dessert sometime!!
The inn is a few miles away from the ocean which I just love.
While everyone else was sitting on the wall to the beach, looking at the water...I was standing on the wall facing the exact opposite direction to take pictures of this...my camera doesn't do the colors justice but you get the idea.
Well rested and refreshed, we picked up the girls from my parents house, headed home and started packing for our camping trip vacation in NY. That post is up next, stay tuned!!
