updating the update

It's been a while since I've mentioned our sunroom. We bought paint but we realized we really need to paint the ceiling and the trim which needs to be done first. Throw in lack of ventilation and yup, we're in a holding pattern. But here's a little sample we put on the wall. When warmer days grace us all, we'll get moving for a much needed transformation!

Looks like a great color! It'll compliment your kitchen nicely. I saw another storm headed your way. I'm sorry!! We actually had some of our snow melt. The other day is was 54 degrees, but that night it got down to 10 degrees and the next day was 20 and flurries! Talk about messing with your emotions! Ugh!

it's been warm-ish, 40's, so the snow is melting but we had rain the other day and we're getting more rain/freezing this weekend. roofs are now collapsing (flat ones, like for schools and businesses). it's so heavy that a one foot cube of snow weights about 30 lbs! some schools have actually been closed because of the roof hazard. schools probably won't end until late june to make up for snow days. not fun.

Wow! That's pretty scary! I hope you continue to get warmer weather to help all the snow melt. We also had the freezing rain a couple of weeks ago inbetween 2 big snowfalls. It made shoveling pretty much impossible. Can't wait for spring! Daylight savings is this weekend, yeah!!!
